Stability and Strength in the American Dream
If you can remember the reason why you joined the American Legion Auxiliary, that is the reason why we should all organize Fundraisers to help support our Veterans who had so gallantly put their lives on the line and sacrificed so much for our freedoms, a way for us all to Thank them for everything.
There are all kinds of Fundraisers we can do, whether it’s putting on a car show, fashion show, polka dances, basket raffles at a brat fry or bake sale. Invite your community to your local Legion post for a pork chop dinner, chicken BBQ dinner, whatever it may be, then maybe we can grow our membership numbers back to where they used to be.

That also means be open to new ideas coming from both new and younger members. Bottom line is think outside the box, be willing to change it or shake it up at your local posts.
